Chris Edache Agbiti

Chris Edache Agbiti, Esq., CH.Mc, is an alumnus of Benue State University, Makurdi. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002.

In his over two decades of legal practice, Chris has prosecuted and been involved in a number of high-profile litigations on behalf of government agencies.

He has also consistently represented States and the Federal Government of Nigeria, corporate organizations and individuals, in a number of such litigations at all levels of courts in Nigeria, including specialized Tribunals such as the Election Petitions Tribunals and Investment and Securities Tribunal.
His practice also cuts across compliances.

Chris is a member of the International Bar Association, a member of the Capital Market Operators of Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and a Chartered Mediator & Conciliator of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).
